Description of Eefke

In our new-build house we have designed a shelving unit with TV niche from wall to wall and from floor to ceiling. The nice thing is that you can design your cupboard completely according to your own wishes. The bottom compartments have doors and are ideal for storing our children's toys. The TV niche has a depth of 15 cm, so the TV does not hang too far back. The cupboard looks calm because we painted it in the color of the walls and ceiling.

How I made this project

Assembling the cupboard was super easy because everything was clearly numbered. First we put all the parts in the correct order. Then we built the cabinet layer by layer. This went very quickly. In the end, we spent some time tidying up all the equipment. For this we made holes in the back wall of the TV and the closed cabinets. The cabinet was then primed and painted in the same color as our walls and ceiling (Subtle Stone from Flexa).
