- First made a sketch
- Looking for heavy drawer guides that can hold approximately 200 kilos
- Final design signed
- Ordered all necessary planks, opted for 12mm birch plywood
- Marking
- Milling slots for locking system
- Locking system made of threaded rod, garden hose and epoxy plate
- Screw holes marking
- Drilling countersunk screw holes
- Gluing + Screwing
- Finishing with jigsaw (remove excess material)
- Primer + paint
- Assemble, drawer guides secured with an Allen key
- Place in camper and attach to welded steel rail
