Description
I bought a nice second-hand cargo bike some time ago, but the box needed to be replaced. I achieved this with custom sawn wood from TOSIZE.lu
Sturdy box for cargo bike
I started by measuring the old tray, and calculating what dimensions the new one should be, as I didn't want to recreate exactly the same tray, but I used slightly thicker concrete patch, and I had the sides mitred so that it fit together even nicer, and sturdier. For the floor of the bin, I chose concrete plywood with anti-slip. I drilled the holes in the right place after the rush delivery, and finished all the holes and edges several times with edge sealer.
The dimensions of the container
120.0 x 63, 0 x 54.0 cm
