Description
I made a cupboard from MDF, for behind the sofa. I wanted a 'showcase' for all my most beautiful things. I opted for a varied division of subjects to keep things playful.
Work description: how did you realize your project
I first made a compact working drawing myself and determined where I wanted the courses. I chose 18 mm MDF. A robust and tough appearance. I made the cabinet in 2 parts. I made the sides from 9 mm MDF. Later I was able to slide the two parts against each other and an 18 mm MDF 'dividing box' was created. I glued the MDF boards with wood glue. Then I caulked the edges with wood sealant for cracks and seams. Then I treated the cabinet twice with primer and painted it once.
Final size: What are the outer dimensions?
190.0 cm high x 166.0 cm wide
