MDF moisture resistant is the V313 variant for use in humid areas. A bathroom cabinet is a good example where MDF moisture resistant is the perfect solution. The sheet consists of wood fibres compressed under high pressure, and a special, water-resistant adhesive has been used for MDF moisture resistant. This makes the sheet a bit sturdier and it can be sanded even smoother for a nice finish.
MDF Moisture-resistant V313 Black SBL Valchromat is an untreated coloured MDF grade. The board consists of wood fibres compressed together with a black pigment under high pressure. This makes the material easy to work with and does not splinter. It is important to degrease the material well before painting. The material also has an absorbent effect. It is therefore only suitable for indoor applications and in dry conditions.
