Invoices

There are several ways to view your invoice. We'll explain them below.

E-mail confirmation including invoice

Once your order has been placed, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by e-mail with the invoice attached. Did you not receive this e-mail? Check your junk mail folder.

My account environment

Did you create an account while ordering? Then you can view your invoice and order history at any time by logging into your account and clicking on ‘my invoices’.

Send an e-mail

Are the above options not available? We can also send you a copy of the invoice digitally. In order to do so, we need the name or e-mail address of the person who placed the order and an order number. That way we can help you quickly!
