Description by Jan
I made a cupboard wall for my daughter's bedroom. This was the only place where it could be realized, but the window had to be built around.
How I made this project
The basic elements are from IKEA PAX, at the window 100 cm and right/left 75 cm. Because Ikea does not have suitable doors, we decided to order them from opmaatzagen.nl. We chose the material “Furniture panel chipboard H851 BST Atlas oak 18 mm” with the ABS strip finish in matching color on all sides. This corresponds well with the wood color of the basic elements of IKEA PAX. A total of 10 doors, 4 of which are flap doors with the wood grain in the same direction. We installed the hinges ourselves.
Dimensions of my DIY project
Width 290.0 cm, depth 60.0 cm and height 227.5 cm
